Career Counseling with a Twist (CCWT) does not sell, trade or give away information about you without your advance permission or unless ordered by a court of law. This applies to personal information, e-mail addresses, phone numbers, and any other information that may be provided by you from accessing this website and all other interactions by phone, fax or in person.
Information submitted to CCWT is only available to employees managing this information for purposes of contacting you or sending emails based on your request for information, and to contracted service providers for purposes of providing services relating to business-related communications with you.
To prevent unauthorized access, maintain data accuracy and ensure the correct use of information, CCWT has put in place appropriate physical, electronic and managerial procedures for safeguarding and securing your information. Any particularly sensitive information, such as a credit card number used to purchase services and products from the CCWT website, is encrypted prior to transmission. This applies to all information collected or submitted on the CCWT website, as well as information that you provide via mail or fax or during coaching sessions.
Like most websites, CCWT’s website places "cookies" on a user's computer which enable us to determine the user's operating system, browser type and version, ISP, top-level domain, and other such general information.
Cookies are used for several purposes. Cookies enable our site to load faster in a user's browser on subsequent visits. Information from cookies allow us to track traffic flow to and from our site which assists us in marketing, web promotions and help us create a site that will best serve the needs of our users.

In addition, the information in cookies placed on your computer from CCWT's website are not accessible by other websites. CCWT's site doesn't use or allow third-party cookies.
