I just accepted my first position as a tour leader in Asia! In February 2007 I start an 18-month contract leading cultural tours of Vietnam and surrounding countries. I am very excited. This company I, closely aligned with my values. Their main focus is on small group journeys that support and give back to the communities in which they travel — socially, economically and environmentally.

Thanks, especially, for all your help putting my resume together. It was one of the last major shifts needed to get me overseas. Prior to the changes we made, I had put out quite a few resumes and received a few weak responses. After the changes, I got two strong responses relatively quickly, one of which led to the job I just accepted! The interview materials also helped me prepare for the in-depth phone conversations I had with two managers from foreign countries.
